Commonly asked questions regarding A/V equipment rentals:
I am renting a projector. What other equipment will I need?
To show a powerpoint presentation you will need a PC or laptop with a VGA out.
To show a video presentation requires a video player matching the video format (VHS, computer for MPEG, CD or DVD format) and a PA system for video audio. LCD projectors do not play audio.
I am renting a wireless microphone. What else will I need?
You will need a PA system to run the microphone through.
What size screen should I rent for my event?
There are a variety of screen sizes. However, 9×12 fast fold screens are for large ballrooms and convention spaces only. They are too large to fit in most board rooms, meeting spaces and personal homes.
